Returns Policy

14-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for non-defective items. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly packed. We do not provide free returns or return labels.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, pet hair, and odors, and must have all product tags intact.

Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Unclaimed Packages
For unclaimed packages, a fee of 10€ will be charged to cover administrative costs from the shipping carriers.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. For services, refunds will be initiated within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately via our email form if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Non-Return Refunds
Requests for refunds without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund of 50% along with store credit, allowing you to keep the item.

Undelivered Items
If tracking indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement upon receiving a valid address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of 70 SEK.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to order information are strictly accepted within 24 hours of placing the order (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us via the email form and provide your order number.

Limitations of Responsibility

MaxShop is not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, wars, government actions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers, and other unforeseen factors. Additionally, we are not liable for changes to products or product specifications made by respective suppliers or other factors outside our control.
